I've always known that with time, this ridiculous debate will end itself. i think messi is the better player, but i think ronaldo got i little unlucky in his career compared to messi, eg. jose + ten hag hated him and he grew up in poverty, messi had full support of a pep who loved him, a OP barca team (come on it was better than ronis madrid) and was born into a middle class family. imo, the way it goes is: overall messi is better. However. When messi was at his prime in the 2014/15 season (arguably), that year ronaldo scored more and won the ballon d'or. Ronaldo prime was better than messi prime imo. All in all though i think messi is the better player in terms of whose the goat, the facts don't lie, and while i am a ronaldo fan i accept that messi is in fact the goat (not for long though mbappes coming)

If Anelka fell inside the box, referee wouldn’t blow the whistle for foul. He only did it to make it look like he is making a mistake. And not even a single chelsea players asked for free kicks or foul for anelka. The referee knew he won't let chelsea have a goal anyway, so he might as well act drunk a little to justify his biasness towards barca. And the so called first leg they are talking about, lol. Most of it wasn't a penalty. And most of it was given free kick. Whether a referee should give a card a not depends on the situation and intensity. If that ballack one was a second yellow and red card, then whole barca team should have had a red card for repeated foul.
